We recommend placing your order as soon as the funeral date is confirmed. There is no need to wait until closer to the service — the earlier you order, the more time we have to prepare your funeral tribute and accommodate specific flower, colour, size or ribbon requests.
We also understand that funeral arrangements can sometimes be made at very short notice. Urgent, same-day and next-day funeral wreath orders can often be accommodated, depending on flower availability, delivery location and the funeral service time.

Yes. All of our funeral floral arrangements are delivered by our own experienced delivery team using our professional delivery vehicles. We do not use third-party delivery services for funeral orders.
Funeral wreaths and other sympathy arrangements can be large and delicate, so careful handling and secure transportation are extremely important. Using our own delivery team allows us to handle each arrangement professionally and helps ensure your funeral flowers arrive safely and in excellent condition.

If you would like a more substantial presentation for a funeral service, we recommend choosing one of our larger sizes.

Yes. We provide professional personalised funeral ribbon printing in Chinese, English and other languages.
For Chinese funeral wreaths, we can print traditional left and right condolence ribbon wording (挽联). For English funeral tributes, we can also provide horizontal personalised ribbon printing.
If you are unsure what to write, please contact us and we can assist with suitable funeral ribbon wording.

The funeral wreath is not included in the wreath price. Most funeral homes and cemeteries usually provide stands. You just need to check with them to confirm if they can provide one and have it ready for you.

If you need to rent our flower stands, the bond is $50 each and the rental fee is $15 each. After use, please arrange to return the stands to our store. The bond will be fully refunded as long as the stands are returned in the original condition.

If you are unable to return the stand, you can purchase the stand, the cost is $60.

Yes. For funeral service deliveries, our driver will place and set up the funeral wreaths appropriately at the venue, following the instructions of the funeral director or venue staff.
We work with funeral homes, chapels, churches and other funeral venues to ensure the floral tributes are delivered and presented appropriately for the service.

You are welcome to contact us before visiting our florist shop in Mitcham.
As all of our funeral wreaths and funeral floral arrangements are freshly made to order, we do not keep pre-made funeral wreaths permanently on display in the shop.
However, if we are preparing funeral arrangements for an upcoming service, there may be completed or partially completed pieces available for you to view.
We recommend calling us before visiting if you would like to see examples in person, so our team can let you know whether any funeral arrangements will be available to view that day.
